What is the Texas Craft Brewers Guild?

The Texas Craft Brewers Guild is an association of brewers advancing the Texas craft beer industry through advocacy & education. The Guild exists for the purpose of promoting Texas craft beer, educating the public about the qualities and attributes of craft beer and advancing the common interest of Texas craft brewers through legislative advocacy and regulatory engagement. The Guild’s Board of Directors hail from craft breweries in all the major metropolitan regions of the state, as well as different brewery types and sizes to represent the Guild’s over 300 brewery members throughout the state, including operating breweries, as well as those that are in the advanced planning stages. The Guild also welcomes allied trade and retail members who support the craft brewing industry. 

What and when is Small Business Saturday?

Small Business Saturday is held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving (November 30, 2019), one of the busiest shopping periods of the year. Founded as a counterpart to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Small Business Saturday encourages holiday shoppers to patronize small and local businesses.

I own a small business that would like to participate. Is it too late?

We’re afraid the glass ordering deadline has now passed. If successful, we plan to make this an annual promotion, so feel free to Contact Us if you’d like to join as a Brewery or Retail member of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild and be eligible for participation next year.

How much does the glass cost?

For your local spot’s operating hours and event details like quantity, pricing, etc, make sure to check them out on social media before heading out to the taproom.

How many glasses will be available at each participating location?
